Terms of Service

Your use of Yoruba Library Services is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) page. This Agreement explains: (i) what’s allowed when using our Services; (ii) the rights you have as a user of our Services; (iii) the rights Yoruba Library has if you do something which is not allowed when using our Services; and (iv) many other important terms.

This Agreement is a legal contract between You (and anyone representing you or your organization) and Yoruba Library Group and it is important that you read it carefully. If there is anything you do not understand in this Agreement, please contact us

1. POLICIES
The use of the Services is also governed by the following policies and agreements, which are incorporated by reference. By using the Services, if applicable, you are also agreeing to the terms of the following policies and agreements. (a) Privacy Policy (b) Sign Up Forms

2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES
Eligibility; Registration and Subscription: The Services are intended solely for users who have attained constitutional age of their respective countries. By registering for or using any of our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of qualified age or older. If you use the Services on behalf of another party, company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind such party, company or organization to this Agreement and to act on behalf of such party, company or organization with respect to any actions you take in connection with the Services.

You agree to (i) provide accurate, current and complete information about you and your organization (if applicable) as prompted by the registration forms/billing form ("Registration Data"); (ii) maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account; (iii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data and any other information you provide to Yoruba Library, to keep such information accurate, current and complete; and (iv) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account.

3 CONTENT
a) Sales of any of our product is per license and not shareable to any third party
b) Purchased product must not be reproduced, dobblied, copied, pirated or stored in any form of retrieval mechanism without full permission of Yoruba Library Group
c) Yoruba Library reserves the right to alter any of our products/services at when deemed fit
d) All services provided by Yoruba Library and its subsidiaries may only be used for lawful, moral and education purposes.

4. PAYMENT

A. Billing and Payment:

(a) Fees Due: You will pay to Yoruba Library Group through Official Account all fees for the Services set forth in the Billing forms presented to you at the time you order the Services/Product and for all fees for subsequent Renewal Periods at the time of renewal.

(b) Price Increases: We may increase the fees for the Services (i) in the manner permitted in the applicable description of the particular Service published by Yoruba Library on our website and (ii) at any time on or after expiration of the Initial Term. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review billing-related information provided by Yoruba Library through the Subscribers' billing tool or other methods of communications and notices sent or posted by us.

(c) Taxes: The advertised fees do not include any applicable sales, use, revenue, excise or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority with respect to the Services provided hereunder. All such taxes may be added to Yoruba Library's invoices for the fees as separate charges to be paid by you.

(d) Refund: All fees are non-refundable when paid except as otherwise provided herein. Where refund is applicable, Yoruba Library reserves the right to investigate such instance and necessary charges such as Administrative, Refund Processing and Transaction Charges will apply.

B. Failure to Retain Subscription:
If you fail to pay the fees due, we may suspend or terminate your Services and pursue the collection costs incurred by Yoruba Library, including without limitation to, any arbitration and legal fees and Yoruba Library’s reasonable attorneys' fees.

C. Fraud:
It is a violation of this Agreement for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, and/or electronic cheques. We may report all such misuses and fraudulent uses (as determined by us in our sole discretion) to appropriate government and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and credit card companies.

5. LANGUAGE COURSE
Lesson/class sessions are subject to review and approval. Modification would be made at where necessary.

6. MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF SERVICE
Due to our evolving business, Yoruba Library may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify or discontinue any service on our Website/Company; limit, terminate or suspend your use of or access to our website; and/or make changes to these Terms of Service. It shall be the client’s sole-responsibility to check back regularly and ensure that they are in compliance with any changes in the terms of services – Yoruba Library in its sole-description may notify clients of such changes as it deems necessary.

7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Yoruba Library Group, its officers, directors, owners, agents and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, the violation of these terms and conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other user of our services using your computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Yoruba Library reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
