Ori Okere Koko Lawo is a beautiful Yoruba story book with unique story line. This book was written and authored by Tubosun Afolarin. Ori Okere Koko Lawo is a Yoruba idiomatic expression, and the full statement is “Ori Okere Koko Lawo, bi a wifun omo eni a gbo”. (Statement that’s often said to shame those not attentive and obedient to elders instructions). The first edition was released into the public in the year 2016. The story of the book was about a fictional character known as Adigun who’s future ought to be brightest due to his parents unwavering efforts and affluency.

Instead, he focused on the inheritance and properties of his parents, that whenever they died, he will have something to rely on. At the demised of his parents, Adigun was struck with the reality of life. Things became very hard for him and this made him to eventually joined bad gangs. How did Adigun navigate the situation?
