Akanni Olu-Omo was written by Agboola Ayandiran. This book is one of the greatest Yoruba books ever written. The first edition of this book was released into the public in the year 2007. The story preaches, why we should endeavor to keep promises, and ultimately not forgetting your source (origin). Folagboye; one of the major characters ascended the throne of the king, and began to inflict people with pains and suffering, forgetting all promises he made to them.
The town dwellers had to seek for solution to the predicament which they were facing. Akanni Olu-Omo was eventually the God-sent who liberated them, after navigating many live huddles.
